This agreement is between SELLER and BUYER.
Definitions:
SELLER: Leon (owner, operator, webmaster of Leon's EFL
Planet)
BUYER: Person, persons, or company purchasing goods or services
from Leon of Leon's EFL Planet
When you, the BUYER, click on the link below entitled
"agree", you, the BUYER, are agreeing to the following terms:
1. The BUYER agrees to indemnify1
(first definition from Merriam-Webster's online dictionary; as seen
below) and to hold
harmless the SELLER, its affiliates, and their respective officers,
directors, agents and employees, against any and all losses, claims,
damages and expenses, including necessary attorney's fees, to the extent
any such losses, claims, damages and expenses are incurred by the buyer,
its/his/her officers, directors, agents and employees due to the
purchase of goods and/or services from the seller.
2. The BUYER understands and acknowledges that there are no
guarantees offered buy the SELLER and that the SELLER shall not indemnify2
(second definition from Merriam-Webster's online dictionary; as seen
below) the BUYER
for any hurt loss or damage allegedly incurred by the purchase of goods
and/or services from the SELLER.
3. Furthermore, the BUYER acknowledges that the SELLER does not
make any claims or guarantees that the BUYER will find suitable
employment, although it is very likely that the buyer will do so
when following all the advice given by the SELLER. The BUYER
hereby acknowledges that he/she understands that there are factors
beyond the control of the SELLER, and that the SELLER cannot and will
not be held accountable for the actions of any employers.
